These terms and conditions must be accepted by all the parties as an electronic contract recognized under Information Technology act, 2000.

2. Eligibility:
The platform shall only be used by individuals who are competent to enter into contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. In the event a minor wishes to avail Kamal Gupta & Co services, they must have a legal guardian do so on their behalf.
3. Information:
I All users are required to provide information that is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. In case of any change, you are required to notify Kamal Gupta & Co at the earliest.
4. Communication:
All the communication with the user will be made through the e-mail address and/or phone number provided by the user. Please notify Kamal Gupta & Co in the event of change of email id and/or phone number.
5. Payment:
Payment must be done according to the method prescribed by Kamal Gupta & Co. Kamal Gupta & Co shall not be responsible for any third party irregularities/failures in regard of the transaction process. Nor shall such failure/irregularity vacate user’s obligation to pay towards ADR services rendered by Kamal Gupta & Co.
6. Refund policy:
Kamal Gupta & Co strives to provide its users a fruitful resolution experience However, users shall not be entitled to any refunds/cashbacks once payment has been processed.

Will not violate any of the laws applicable in india
Will not misbehave, abuse, threaten, defame or infringe legal rights of the platform as well the other party
Will not enter into agreement or act in a mala-fide manner.
9. Limited Liability:
Kamal Gupta & Co, its panel, and its employees shall not be liable any act or omission in connection with the mediation, unless they have acted in a mala-fide manner. Kamal Gupta & Co, its panel, and its employees shall not act as witnesses under any circumstances in the court or arbitral proceedings, if they arise out of the same dispute that was earlier sought to be resolved via Kamal Gupta & Co.
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights:
By submitting a post to the blog, the contributor guarantees that the post is a product of their work and is unpublished. Contributors also permit Kamal Gupta & Co to use their post, with full attribution but without further consent, on a non-commercial basis in online and offline publications.
11. Guarantees:
By Agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and understand that Kamal Gupta & Co does not guarantee the settlement/conclusion of your dispute. Kamal Gupta & Co is only a facilitating platform for dispute resolution.
12. Termination:
In the event of breach of any terms & conditions, Kamal Gupta & Co shall reserve the right to terminate all on-going ADR proceedings.
13. Dispute Resolution:
The parties shall on a best effort basis attempt to amicably resolve any and all disputes arising out of this contract, in the event that a dispute remains in spite of amicable negotiation on a best-effort basis, all and any disputes arising out of this contract shall be referred to arbitration before a Sole Arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties, the venue of such arbitration shall be New Delhi.
